Short term. $1,500 for one bedroom and private bath with wet bar, no kitchen. Shared entrance but area is private and screened off. A second bedroom can be added for a total of $1,800 a month. Tenant area is within a condo but still private. Owner is courteous, and quiet. Owner has 2 cats and Golden Retriever who do not enter renters area. Just FYI for anyone with alergies.
